ANNUAL FEE
Each student will be charged an annual fee of $35. This fee is good for one year.

PAYMENT POLICY
Tuition is due on the first of each month through our auto-pay system. If a payment is late, a notification will be given. Then, if payment is not received within 3 days, the student will be dropped from their class. Once payment is made in full, the student can re-enroll if space is available. There is a $10 re-enrollment fee. No student with a delinquent account is allowed on the floor.

ABSENCE POLICY/MAKE-UP CLASSES
We do not give refunds or prorate tuition for absences. 

We do offer make-up classes for absences for a $5 charge. EXCEPTION: If the student has a doctor's note, there will be no charge for a make-up class.

We do not give make up classes for our Holiday closings.

DROP PROCEDURE:
Parents must notify Tennessee Tumbling & Cheer to drop a student from a class. A 7-day written notice via email, postal mail or hand delivered to our front desk is required in order to stop the billing and autopayment process.

WHAT TO WEAR
NO JEWELRY! Students must wear athletic attire (leotards, leggings, shorts, tank tops and t-shirts). Sports bras are to be worn as undergarments. Hair should be pulled back from the face for the entire workout.  Hard hair accessories must be removed. All students should have activity-appropriate footwear during class. All open wounds, cuts, warts, etc. must be bandaged or covered before arrival.  Personal items should be left in the cubby holes. This facility's staff will not be responsible for any items that may be lost or stolen.   

ARRIVAL AND PICKUP
Please arrive no more than 10 minutes before your child's scheduled class time. One parent/guardian must remain with the child inside the building during their class. Instruct your child to wait inside the building until you are able to escort them from the building to your car. Please drive slowly and carefully in our parking lots.

VIDEO & SOCIAL MEDIA
While students are in class, they may be recorded for training purposes and/or for marketing purposes, which include marketing on Tennessee Tumbling and Cheer's professional social media pages.
